My academic journey has led me to pursue a double degree in a Bachelor of Primary Education and a Bachelor of Arts, with a focus on education and early childhood. Currently in my third year at Macquarie University, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and resources that I can utilise to enhance your child's learning experience. From primary school subjects to high school math and English, I am confident in providing comprehensive tutoring support. I recently completed a university placement here and I found the experience to be very rewarding for me in terms of my professional development as a tutor and future teacher. As a learning support assistant I work with students in years 3 to 6 that have difficulties with reading, literacy and mathematics. * Between , I dedicated my afternoons as a volunteer at a local youth centre, fostering an environment of learning and growth. * A pivotal moment in my journey occurred during my work experience at Fisher Rd special education school in 2018. This experience solidified my love for education and ignited my desire to pursue a teaching career. In addition to my educational background, I possess the following certifications and clearances: * Full unrestricted driver's license ✅ * CPR certification (valid until December 2025) ✅ * Working with Children's Check (valid until July 2027) ✅ * Clear National Police/Criminal History Check (obtained in November 2022) - available upon request.
