I’m an Irish Primary School teacher living and working in Australia for the past year. I am available for after school tutoring and tutoring during the school holidays. I’m currently working as a primary school teacher in Sydney. I have my Working With Children’s Check granted and have been approved by NESA. I have three years work experience as a primary school teacher and four years experience working with children as a summer camp instructor and child minding. I am an outgoing person who loves sports and the outdoors. I have Permenant Residency in Australia. I’m willing to travel around the Eastern Suburbs as I have my own car.

Special Needs Experience
As part of my masters degree, I completed modules on special needs teaching and learning. I have also worked with children with special needs over the course of three summers for a summer provision programme.
Childcare Experience
I have two years experience as a primary school teacher. Working with children from ages 8-11 in 3rd and 4th class. While on school placement I have taught children from the ages of 4-12. I have worked with children in this age bracket during summer camps and also child minding.
Tutoring Experience
I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in English and Human Development. I graduated from Dublin City University in 2019. I continued my studies in 2019 where I began a Professional Masters of Education in Marino Institute of Education. I completed the Masters degree in May 2021 and began teaching in August 2021 until July 2023. Since then, I have been working in Australia. I began working as a casual teacher and then started a contract in a school, teaching year two students. I have previously tutored students during holiday periods and also at after school tutoring centres in Sydney.
