Hi All, I am a bubbly, outgoing, caring and responsible individual that works as an Occupational Therapist for my day job. I have been working in this field for approx. 4-5 years in a range of different area including age care, rehabilitation, community, NDIS and paediatrics (i.e. working with children) . This means that I have work with people from different ages ranging from 9 months to 97 years, supporting them to make their day to day tasks easier. I am really passionate about my work and helping people. I also have experience babysitting and pet sitting. I have travelled for 3 months across the east coast of Australia pet/house sitting, while also babysitting children of varying ages and special needs. A little bit about me out side of work, is that I love travelling and trialling new activities. I really enjoy hiking, craft and exploring different places. I look forward to hearing from you.
I am a qualified Occupational Therapist that has knowledge and skills around working with individual's with disabilities, particularly autism, down syndrome, ADHD and intellectual disabilities.
I previously worked as an staff member at an OSHC for 2 years. Since becoming an Occupational Therapist, I have been worked with children in this role, on and off from 2 years completing assessment and providing therapies to children ranging from 9 months to 18 years. In addition to this, I have been babysitting children for the last 10 years. These children included babies, toddlers, pre-school and school aged children, as well as a child and teenager with special needs.
