Hello, I am a fully qualified primary school teacher and have been in Australia for the last year and a half. I have four years teaching experience in Ireland working with a variety of ages and I am currently working in a support unit with children who have Autism and Intellectual disabilities in a school in western Sydney. Additionally I have plenty of years experiencing babysitting and minding children. I have been babysitting since I was 15 for families in my area and more recently minded a 10 month old little girl three days a week. Part of my role in caring for her including making sure all her basic needs were met such a food, naps and changing her. I have my WWCC, first aid and all updated child protection certificates also. I am available some evenings during the week as well as Saturday and Sunday’s all day. Additionally I am available during term holidays. Please feel free to message if you want to know anything more or have any questions.
I have been looking after children for a number of years, Previous to qualifying as a primary school teacher I babysat for families in my area from the age of 15. Also more recently I minded a 10 month old little girl which consisted of looking after her basic needs and wants such as eating times and nap times.
Previous to moving to Australia in October of last year I tutored for a family who had a 10 year old son. The main subject that I covered was maths as this was what he struggled with but I also did some English with him such as working of how to understand and answer comprehension as as spelling.
