During my bachelor of education programme in Dublin City University, I undertook my major specialism in the area of special and inclusive education.
I am a primary school teacher with more than 5 years experience mainly working with children aged between 3-13 years old. When it comes to working with children, what I find most rewarding is seeing the positive impact we can have on children’s lives on a daily basis. It’s amazing to see them grow, learn and become confident individuals.
I have been working as a primary school teacher for 4 years and as a tutor for 2 years, providing 1 to 1 and small group tutoring to primary school children in Ireland. I have mainly provided tutoring in mathematics and literacy to support children’s ongoing development and help them get the support they require in any areas which are posing difficult for them.
