Hiya! My name is Ellen and I have recently moved from Ireland. I am a primary school teacher of 4 years with experience teaching in Ireland and in Abu Dhabi. Prior to this I have years of experience as a casual babysitter. I have provided tutoring to school age kids and have aided in summer camps. I am a musician and was teaching Irish music to children in Ireland. I worked in special education camps in Ireland from 2018 to 2022. I love to be outdoors in the fresh air and to be active. Having fun is hugely important to me and I always ensure my students or the children in my care are laughing, happy and safe! I love working with children and would be happy to help out with babysitting in the area. I am available weekends and weekday evenings after school hours. I would love to hear from you! 🙂🙂

Special Needs Experience
I have multiple courses completed in special education for use in education and outside of schools. I have experience teaching in special education classes and working as a special needs assistant in Ireland. I have completed 4 years of July provision in Ireland which is a summer based education and care for children with special educational needs.

I am a qualified primary school teacher of 5 years with full time experience teaching in Ireland and in Abu Dhabi. I have experience with both Irish and American Curricula. I have been a tutor for children with additional needs since qualifying with my degree. I have worked specifically with children with dyslexia, selective mutism, autism and general learning difficulties.
