Childcare Experience
I have been a full time teacher for 4 years and worked with children during my 3 years of studying, completing extensive placements at university and working closely with other children of a range of ages during this time. I work well with children ranging from the ages of 5-12 and have been experience working with children in this age bracket but am comfortable caring for above and below these ages. I find child care a rewarding job and have a good rapport with children I work with. I am passionate about creating a safe, fun and stimulating environment for children in order for them to feel heard and valued.
Tutoring Experience
I have been tutoring for 1 year alongside my full time job as a primary school teacher. I helped a year 6 pupil prepare for her 11+ exams and a year 4 pupil build on his understanding of the primary curriculum, supporting him with any areas he found challenging.
