I completed modules with my degree for special education teaching and have completed substitute work in special education settings in schools.
Childcare Experience
I have been working with children for over 7 years now which includes babysitting, teaching placement with college and almost 3 years full time primary school teaching. I have worked with kids of all ages and I am comfortable with any age group from new born babies up to 12 years of age. I love making a difference in childrenās lives and being there to support them so they can achieve success. I try to make things fun and engaging and be there for them in any way they need. It is so important to develop trust so they feel comfortable.
Tutoring Experience
I have a Bachelor of Education and almost 3 years of teaching experience in Ireland. As well as working full time as a primary school teacher, I have also tutored children after school including those where English was not their first language and also for different subjects. I am comfortable tutoring for any primary school subject and I am familiarizing myself with the Australian curriculum and hope to be working as a teacher here soon while doing some extra tutoring.
