Hi parents! I am a secondary school teacher, originally from Ireland and have been living in Australia for over a year now. I love working with children and teenagers and have worked in many summer camps and done a lot of babysitting over the years. I grew up with two younger siblings so used to taking care of others! I’m a native English speaker and also speak Irish and French, which are the subjects I taught in Ireland.

Childcare Experience
I have been teaching in schools since 2020, but before that I worked every summer in Irish language camps in the west of Ireland with 11-15 year olds. I also did babysitting for my young cousins for many years and looked after my younger siblings growing up. I am most comfortable with children aged 2 and up.
Tutoring Experience
Outside of regular teaching I have experience tutoring languages, mainly speaking and listening skills but have also worked on reading and writing skills. I also work as a casual teacher, so I have experience teaching maths and English in classes.
