Hi there! I’m a qualified Irish primary school teacher looking for work as a babysitter or tutor. I have experience as both and have been teaching for 6 years both in schools and holiday camps as well as helping my mother run her childminding business so I have experience with children aged 1 years to teenagers. Since arriving in Sydney in June I have worked as a sports coach/PE teacher in primary schools with K-6. My ACECQA childcare application is in progress and I have my NESA, WWCC, DOE and have completed all mandatory DET courses. I love reading, arts and crafts and being active. I am a very kind, nurturing and caring person with a fun loving, bubbly personality and I love working with and caring for children!

Childcare Experience
I have been teaching in primary schools for 6 years and in that time have also worked in holiday camps and helped my mother run her childminding service in our home with children aged 1 years and above. I am also the middle child with a younger and older brother. I have vast experience working with and caring for children of a variety of ages in multiple settings.
Tutoring Experience
I tutored an 8 year old for one school year twice a week every week in his home, focusing on literacy (reading, writing, spelling), maths and completion of homework. He made great progress in that time and really enjoyed our sessions.
