Hi families! I would love to help to take care of the kids or help with tutoring :) I’m a current casual childcare educator at a center and have experience nannying with families as well. I’m also a student at USYD and have experience voluntary teaching at a primary school. I’ve got WWCC, police check, first aid/CPR and have done the NSW child safe standards training. I would consider myself patient, fun and encouraging. When interacting with kids, I love trying to see things from their perspectives and respecting them as individuals rather than imposing “adult” ideas upon children right away, which I believe can help me to understand each kid better and form more targeted care and education, and at the same time boost the kids’ self confidence and cultivating their self autonomy. Besides English, I can speak Mandarin at native level and a bit of Spanish. Looking forward to meeting your kids!
I have experience taking care of kids with ADHD and autism.
