Childcare Experience
I have worked 3 years as a tutor in an elementary school. And 1 year as en english specialist in kindergarten. Before working in schools I used to tutor kids and teach in academies. I have experience working with all ages (from 3 to 18) Depending on their age, certain strategies work better than others. Not only to teach, but also in order to built a strong connection with the child. It’s essential for the kid to see their tutor as someone friendly, funny and trustable. They need to feel safe and happy, otherwise It just wont work. To do so, I’m always honest and playful with them.
