I am a creative and outgoing Visual Artist who has graduated from a bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in drawing. I am now completing my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education to become a kindergarten teacher whilst also working as a Prinary Assistant teacher. I am looking to build close and genuine relationships with new families. I am an energetic individual who loves all things hands on including cooking and arts and crafts. As someone who is close to their family, I have grown up in a very family orientated environment and enjoy looking after the people around me. I am a warm and nurturing person and value the importance of people feeling secure and appreciated. The opportunity to create a positive impact on someone’s life is a valuable aspect of supporting people in their everyday lives. In addition, I will have the chance to build close and engaging relationships which will be incredibly rewarding. Consequently, my aim is to provide genuine support whilst ensuring children and families feel respected and safe at all times. (I also really love animals, especially dogs)
It all began at age 13 years old when I was babysitting my neighbors families. Through word of mouth I have babysat a variety of families with a range of ages. I have also had five years of experience as a disability support worker where I have also supported children and their families. Currently I work during the day as a Primary School Assistant Teacher supporting children that require extra support in the classroom.
I am not an official tutor, however I do have experience teaching younger children that may have learning difficulties.
