Hi. I’m Erin an Irish girl living in Melbourne. For the past 10 years I have been a Drama teacher working with children, and in recent years been working with children and teenagers. I have also many years experience working as a babysitter with kids as young as 3 months old. I am friendly, fun, kind, patient, responsible and love to get stuck in to any given task. I love music and can play the piano, guitar, tin whistle and harp. I have also thought these instruments in the past to children. I have assisted in tutoring primary school children with homework tasks in the past. I am a qualified Special Needs Assistant and can help any children or adults with learning difficulties or additional needs. I am a qualified Special Needs Assistant as of January 2024. I have experience working as an SNA with children with additional needs and learning difficulties in primary schools.
Childcare Experience
I have been looking after children for more than 10 years. I have been a reoccurring babysitter/nanny for families of up to 5 kids. I have worked as a nanny in Spain primarily looking after a 9 month old boy. I am a hands on nanny/babysitter/ childminder always playing and doing activities with children. I also can do jobs around the house if kids are napping etc.
Tutoring Experience
I have tutored primary school kids from ages 4- 9. This consisted of helping with English writing and reading, mathematics, history, geography , any other subjects on the curriculum of primary school kids. I like to create a creative and safe environment for children while tutoring.
