Hi everyone, I am a country girl who has currently moved from Ireland to Sydney. I have several years of experience working with children of various ages, from infants to school-aged kids. I Began babysitting when I was 16 years old and continued my love for children when I became a primary school teacher. I am patient, responsible, and genuinely enjoy spending time with children, helping them learn and grow. I am a qualified pool lifeguard which also certifies me in CPR and first aid, which ensures that I can handle any emergencies that might arise. Additionally, I love organizing fun and educational activities that keep children engaged and happy. I believe my nurturing nature and strong sense of responsibility make me a great fit for working with children. Music plays an essential role in my life. I play the violin and the piano and have passed on my musical talents to many children and young adults.
I have been looking after children for 6 years and continue to do so in my classroom as a primary school teacher. I am comfortable with all age groups. I have worked with all classes in primary school ranging from 4-12 year olds. I also have taken care of babies and currently have 3 nieces and nephews that I have minded on regular basis. What I find most rewarding about child care is seeing the growth and development of the children I care for. It’s amazing to witness their milestones, whether it’s learning to walk, talk, or even just seeing their personalities blossom. Building a strong bond with them and knowing that I play a part in their learning and happiness is incredibly fulfilling. Plus, the joy and laughter they bring into each day make every moment worthwhile!
