Hi there, I'm a primary school teacher from Ireland with 4 years experience. I have been childminding for the last 10 years for a number of families back home. I also do home tuition for primary school children.I have a lot of experience working with children with additional needs also through my work in school,summer camps as well as doing home based tuition. Special Needs Experience
I have completed home tuition with a number of autistic learners as well as volunteering at a special needs summer camp for the last 7 years. I also have experience working in a special schools.
Childcare Experience
I have been working as a childminder for the last 10 years and a primary school teacher for the last 4 years. I have experience with all ages from 4 months to 13 years. I throughly enjoy working with children of all ages and am lucky enough to be able to say I truly love my job.
Tutoring Experience
I have been working as a tutor for the last 5 years and have been a qualified teacher for 4. I have completed tuition with a number of children ages 4 to 11. This academic year I supported a 10 year old with a diagnosis of DCD and dyslexia with Literacy and Maths. I also worked with a number of children with an autism diagnosis to prepare for school and to work on early literacy skills as well as fine and gross motor skills.
