Hi lovely families! My name is Olivia and I have currently been in Sydney for almost 5 months and am loving it. Before moving to Australia I was a secondary school English literature teacher for 6 years. In addition to teaching, I nannied and babysit during school holidays. I have been babysitting since I was around 12, worked at a daycare center and an after school program, and tutored grades 3 and up.

Childcare Experience
I have been babysitting since I was 12 and nannying during school holidays for over 7 years. I am comfortable with newborns and up. I love being able to integrate my teaching abilities with babysitting and nannying and love to see the children I work with find joy in learning!
Tutoring Experience
I have been tutoring for 7 years. I am most comfortable helping with English literature, writing, and reading for grades 8 and up, but have tutored children in all subject areas grades 3-7. I have a Bachelor Degree in English and a Master Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I was a secondary school English teacher for 6 years before coming to Australia and was awarded Teacher of the Year after my third year!
