Hi everyone, My name is Nicole and I am a 26 year old primary school teacher from Ireland, living in Sydney. I have many years of experience with tutoring, homework clubs and running extra-curricular activities. I have 5+ years babysitting experience including caring for children with complex needs. Special Needs Experience
As a primary school teacher I have worked as a SET (Special Education Teacher) as well as having children with complex needs in my classroom. I have taught children with ASD, Dyspraxia, ADHD, Dyslexia and physical disabilities. I also help children with learning difficulties and English as an additional language.
Childcare Experience
I have been looking after children, teaching and tutoring for the past 5 years. I am happy to work with children of all ages and I have a lot of experience with children between the ages of 4-13 in particular.
Tutoring Experience
I have a Masters degree in Primary Education and I have been teaching for 5 years. I teach all subjects of the curriculum such as English, Maths, History, Geography, Science, Music, Physical Education, Art and Drama. I have worked in homework clubs in my school in Ireland and also have done tutoring lessons for English and Maths in particular. Working as a special educational teacher I have helped children with learning difficulties for English and Maths. I help children to understand difficult concepts and improve their skills.
