Childcare Experience
As a paediatric dietitian, I provide nutritional guidance and support to infants, children and adolescents every day. I monitor children and provide ongoing support to them and their families. I also have many younger nieces and nephews that I mind all the time - days and nights.
Tutoring Experience
I hold a bachelor of science degree in human nutrition and dietetics - modules I covered during this course include biology, chemistry, general science, maths, food science. I have tutored other college students in the past in this area. I also teach student dietitians in the hospital on various modules. I received academic awards for the 6 years of secondary school in Ireland. Subjects I excelled at include English, Geography, Music, Science, History, Business Studies. I also play violin and piano and studied additional music theory. I have thought younger children violin and piano for the last 2 years. I have sang professionally at events and am interested in singing and teaching children about music and song. I have completed singing exams and been in many musical productions - I was part of a stage school in Ireland for 14 years.
