Hi Parents! My name is Rosie, and I'm a 20-year-old with a passion for working with children. I have two younger siblings, ages 11 and 14, and have played a big role in raising them due to family circumstances. Over the years, I’ve gained experience babysitting children from 10 months to 12 years old, and I’m excited to expand my services further! In addition to babysitting, I’m a straight-A student and have worked as a tutor with EzyMath, helping students from preschool to high school. I understand the challenges of balancing busy schedules and the importance of having someone reliable to lend a hand, whether it’s for a night out or a bit of extra support at home. I’m also open to nannying positions if they fit with my university schedule. I hold a valid Working with Children Check, a full driver’s license, and have my own car. Most importantly, I truly enjoy bonding with kids and love looking back on my own childhood memories to connect with them in a meaningful way. Childcare Experience
I have been looking after my siblings and babysitting for other families since I was 11 years old. I find caring for others rewarding as it not only helps out you guys but gives me the experience for one day when I build my own family. I have cared for children from 10 months old up to 14 years of age.
Tutoring Experience
I have tutored my siblings and there friends throughout primary school and participated in a big sister programme at high school. I pride myself in being able to not only attain knowledge but to also be able to share this knowledge in a friendly and fun way. Juggling homework, assignments or reading alongside everything else that needs to be done after school can be challenging and I appreciate this. I completed high school with straight A’s and feel comfortable tutoring in all subjects, especially maths and english!!
