Hi, I am Irish and am a fully qualified primary school teacher. I taught in Ireland for 7 years, before moving to Australia, therefore have an abundance of experience working with children and providing an education to many different age levels. I also have lots of experience working as a babysitter for many families over the years. I am a kind, patient, enthusiastic person, who you can rely on. I have a WWCC and first aid training. Evidence of my degree etc. can be provided if required.

Special Needs Experience
As a primary school teacher, I have spent many years studying Psychology and special educational needs. I completed my thesis in special educational training. I also have worked with and taught lots of children over the years with varying needs, both inside and outside of the classroom.
Childcare Experience
I hold a First Class Honours Bachelor of Education Degree in Ireland. I have worked as a fully qualified primary school teacher for the past 7 years. I have taught all age levels from 4-13 in my classroom and have experience working with children with a variety of special educational needs, including Autism, EBD, ADHD. Most recently, I worked as a kindergarden teacher. Over the years, I also worked as a babysitter for different families. Duties included helping the children with their homework, carrying out errands, playing games, interacting with the children in a meaningful way, cooking dinner, completing art and music activities with the children. Furthermore, I also have experience working as a co-ordinator in children’s summer camps. Having worked as both a primary school teacher and babysitter/nanny for so many years, I have an abundance of experience and knowledge to be an excellent Nanny for your child.
Tutoring Experience

I have excellent knowledge of teaching methodologies and always strive to create a positive learning environment. I am particularly passionate about teaching music and physical education. I previously taught piano privately in Ireland, I also play the guitar. Furthermore, I also coached the basketball teams in my past school. I have also worked as a tutor for a variety of children over the years, assisting them with subjects they found difficult, such as English or Maths.
