Hello Mommy and Daddy I am Christian, 27 years old I am from the Philippines. I graduated my Bachelor in the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health and I am currently here in Melbourne for Study in Early Childhood Education and Care i am working towards my diploma. I can be the Nanny for your child/children I can also educate them. My philosophy in teaching is grounded in the idea of pragmatism. Being a 21st-century educator in early childhood education means that I have to embrace the diverse nature of the children by acknowledging and accepting their individuality. My teaching approach is anchored to their needs and practical applications of their knowledge, values, and skills that serve as their building blocks for lifelong learning. Early childhood education is the root of all education and it is critical to approach the educational process with flexibility and adaptability, ensuring excellent growth in all aspects of our children's learning and development.
