Childcare Experience
I have had a great variety of experiences in child minding. From baby sitting and raising a child of my own who is near a teenager. I have professional experience in childcare working but the full time 9-5 hours didn’t suit my lifestyle so I chose not to complete the qualifications. I am currently working casual hours as a youth worker and studying nursing but would like to continue working with children through my studies. I find the childcare industry extremely rewarding as I love to see the benefits of them learning. I am most comfortable with younger ages but capable to work with any age. With experience working in the nursery room full time I’d see toddler after toddler learning to walk and it was so incredible to see how proud they are to achieve something they have been naturally working toward. Young children are naturally full of optimism and perseverance and I believe in children having their independence to be active, explore and grow.
Tutoring Experience
Currently I have no tutoring experience, but am willing to assist in tutoring with lower levels of english reading and writing.
