Hi Parents! I’m a 30-year-old professional nanny based in Brighton, where I share my home with three Australian budgies. Coming from a large family, I’m lucky to have five nieces and two nephews who keep things fun and lively! What started as casual babysitting sparked a deep passion for childhood development and supporting families in creating balanced, efficient households. This passion has led me to a rewarding career as a nanny. With seven years of experience, I’ve had the pleasure of working with children ranging from 9 months to 16 years old. I’m currently working full time Monday - Friday with 3 school aged children and eager to connect with families who need ad hoc help. Childcare Experience
My first professional role was 30 hours a week with two girls aged 3 and 6. Responsibilities include all transportation from school and after school activities, assist with homework, entertain with activities such as arts and crafts, dance classes, prepare dinner (I love to cook!), bath and bed time and light house duties being laundry and home organisation. Additionally any errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, cooking the parents dinner and taking their dog out for walks! I’ve worked as a chaperone for Kidz On Set, where we ensure kids are constantly looked after on set and backstage productions. I’m also a dance coach at Haileybury College where I teach children grade prep to year 10. Currently obtain a valid Working With Children's Check, Police Check, full drivers licence, own car and First Aid including CPR. I adore animals and have a soft love for dogs and cats! As of February 2022 I’ve been working with two boys, at the time they were 10 months and 3 years old. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge in infant routines and steps to ensure they are happy and healthy whilst providing a nurturing environment. Duties include maintaining household cleanliness, cooking balanced meals, managing nap schedules, bed time routines, excursions to library and parks and creating sensory and developmental activities.
Tutoring Experience
I’m a dance coach at Haileybury college where I’ve worked with children from the ages of 6 to 16 years old in a range of dance styles. Choreographed both performance and competition pieces with knowledge in on stage production. 3 years experience in creating stage performances for Showkidz Management with both theatrical and creative work.
