Hi there 😃, My name is Ben, and I'm a graduate looking to put my Bachelor of Communication degree to use! As someone who identifies within the LGBTQIA+ community, I highly value diversity and strive to help provide a supportive and inclusive environment. I am searching for a friendly, supportive and loving family to work with long-term, be it as a nanny, au pair, or private tutor. I value transparency and loyalty, so rest assured I am committed to providing high-quality care for your family. I have an affinity for nurturing children and teaching them the importance of respect for others, the value of diversity, and the essence of hard work. With years of experience in both nannying and tutoring, I am suited to creating a comfortable, supportive environment for all, whilst maintaining the strict rule to always have fun, no matter the task. Importantly, I believe openness and honesty are essential in building relationships, both with the children and their families. I would be grateful to be part of your family and create a long-term bond with your youngsters. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have regarding my qualifications or prior experience. I appreciate your consideration, and I look forward to meeting your entire family!
I've been looking after children for four non-consecutive years and I adore it! My comfort level is best suited to youngsters aged between 3-18: an age group full of energy, transformation, and playfulness! What I find most rewarding is seeing each child blossom and develop as time passes by. Being able to create healthy, meaningful connections and build trusting relationships with the children is what I cherish most. As they learn and experience new things, my love and passion for this role develop simultaneously. It is a most magical journey!
I have been tutoring for almost three years now and am passionate about supporting students in discovering their unique learning styles. I aim to nurture diverse learning attitudes best tailored to ensure each individual achieves academic success. My tutoring experience has consisted of aiding both primary and high school-aged students between the ages of 6 and 18. I specialise in teaching English, reading and writing, drama/theatre arts, music/singing, dance, and French. The most rewarding part of tutoring children is watching their growth and excitement develop as they begin to apprehend new concepts. As they gain confidence and comprehend the importance of having a wider knowledge proficiency, the world opens up to them. One of the greatest rewards of tutoring children is that it enables me to not only assist them academically but also contribute to their personal growth and development. It empowers them to explore the world while also boosting their confidence and curiosity.
