Hello! I am a 25 year old Primary School Teacher from Ireland. I have recently moved to Sydney and am available for childcare in the Bondi area. I have gained great experience working with young children through my role as a primary school teacher and working in summer camps. I have also facilitated extra curricular clubs for children between ages 4-13 years. I have experience working with children with additional needs. I am available for casual childcare work at the moment. I can also offer tuition as part of this role. I am passionate about working with children and always aim to create an environment that nurtures their wellbeing and growth. Special Needs Experience
I have worked as a Special Education Teacher. This involved providing additional one-to-one and in class support to children with additional learning needs. I also engaged in a summer provision program for two years where I provided home tuition for children with learning disabilities.
Childcare Experience
I am a qualified primary school teacher so I have great experience working with children. I worked as a Kindergarten teacher for 2 years and have facilitated afterschool clubs for children from ages 4-12 years so am very comfortable with looking after children and the responsibility that comes with this. I have also worked in summer camps and engaged in childminding for families in Ireland. I have an honours Bachelor in Education degree.
Tutoring Experience

I also spent a year working as a special education teacher where I focused on supporting children who were finding certain subject areas challenging. It was a combination of in class support and small group / individual withdrawal. This role gave me a great insight into how best to support children who a struggling with literacy and numeracy.
