I’m a primary school trained teacher with over 16 years professionally working with children between babysitting, childcare, nannying, before and after school care, teaching and tutoring. I love travelling and have spent many years living abroad. I speak Spanish and cook most nights. Nature is my home and you’ll find me anywhere outside soaking up the sun. Childcare Experience
I have an older sister so I started babysitting with her in the Blue Mountains when I was 10 and haven’t stopped throughout the years. I worked in childcare for four years working with babies, toddles and preschoolers. During university I was working at before and after school care and nannying in my free time and now I’m a primary school teacher graduated 2016. I teach yoga and gymnastics to little ones at holiday camp. When my sister had twins I lived with her to help with the new borns for a few months. I love the innocence of children and just gravitate to them naturally.
Tutoring Experience
I have a bachelor’s degree in primary education. I tutored English for two years and have just started tutoring Spanish. I love watching a student’s reaction when they understand the content and feel lucky to be apart of their continual progress.
