Hello families! I've grown up with lots of younger cousins and am an aunt to six beautiful kids aged between 3 months and 15. So I've pretty much been around young children most of my life. Outside of family, I have experience independently babysitting children from 5 months to 8 years old. I feel passionately about helping children advocate for their needs, build confidence, express themselves, and explore their identities. I like to teach children life skills through play. A great example of this is that I love to cook and grew up cooking with my mum. This was an important sensory learning experience in my childhood as it encouraged me to be curious about textures, smells, and tastes. I'd love to help your child establish the same relationship with food and confidence in their abilities. I have a lot of exposure and experience with neurodiverse children and children with varying needs. I hold a current employee WWCC card and I have a valid driver’s license and vehicle. My rate is $30 per hour for 1-2 children, with an additional $5 per hour for each extra child. If you're interested, feel free to reach out!
