Hi mums and dads, I have been working in childcare for 15 years since 2009. I have finished my Diploma of Children’s Service In 2012, and in the year 2014 I further studied and completed my Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services. I enjoy working with children and meeting their development needs. I strongly respect each child as an individual. I strive to model respect, patience, and care for children and adults I come in contact with. Children have the right to have their needs met and receive the proper education while in the care of their caregivers. As a carer I seek to form a close relationship with each child under my care, and their families. I am from China, I have been living in Melbourne for 22 years. I can speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Childcare Experience
I have been working in childcare industry for 15 years, I normally work with children 0-5 years old. I am so happy to gain children’s trust and help them to feel safe and comfortable, it can be challenging but so rewarding. Every early childhood educator knows how great it feels when a child that was previously anxious runs happily Into the centre, keen to connect with their favourite educators and their peers. I am also highly valued and appropriated by the grateful parents who entrust their children to my care.
