"Joanne was amazing! My children absolutely loved her. She is a very good conversationalist and and came up with all sorts of fun activities that my kids enjoyed like reading, dog-walking, cooking, making smoothies and playing basketball. I felt very comfortable leaving my children with her as she is a very caring person, she sent me updates of how the kids are going and treated my children like they were her own. She has a big heart, and it shows in her enthusiasm to assist everywhere possible. We hope she is available again to be our nanny."
