Hi, I’m an Irish girl who’s been in Australia for the past year and a half. Based in Rosebery. I have 10+ years experience with babies with most of my experience being with newborn - 3 years. I’m currently nannying for 3 separate families on Tues/Wed/Thurs. All young babies who I have been with for over a year. I started with 2 of those families when babies were 4.5 months old including twins (so have experience with multiples) & the other family when the little girl was 13 months. Have availability for casual nannying days on Mondays and Fridays as-well as midweek evening & weekend babysitting. My rate is $40/hr mon-sat & $50/hr on a Sunday. I also nannied part time for a few years in Ireland on top of my other jobs including working as an afterschool supervisor. I looked after babies from newborn. Made & fed bottles, nappy changes, bathing, putting down for naps (This included following a sleep routine or sleep training/gentle sleep training, putting to bed, baby food prep, doctor & developmental checkups, baby groups & activities, play & help with developmental stages. Give physical & emotional support. Lots of cuddles. With older toddlers/kids I prepped food & fed them, bathed, put to bed, read stories, fun outside, helped with developmental stages, imaginary play, did baking & arts & crafts activities. developmental checks, doctors apps, play groups, out for walks, to park & done fun activities with them. Lots of cuddles, emotional & physical support. I helped with light housework like dishes, folded laundry, prepared food for the kids and cleaned up after. Kept the kids areas clean and tidy. Prepped bits for family dinner. I worked in a preschool every Monday for a year as part of work experience. I have 3 young nieces myself and a nephew myself who I absolutely adore and plenty of young cousins. I am a very caring, nurturing & responsible nanny. Although my job is to care for the kids daily needs & make sure they have fun, the most important thing to me is keeping them safe. I have always loved babies, helping them learn and grow. I also enjoy the outdoors so would love to bring the little ones to parks/beach/on walks/play groups. I am very fun & creative & very patient. I like to build a relationship with any kids I care for. I like to keep parents updated on how the babies/kids are doing & pass on any info I think is necessary at the end of the day. I am based in rosebery & have my own car so happy to travel up to 30 mins. Often I care for the babies in my own house if it’s suits the parents better (obviously this is once they’ve known me for a while) I have a full Irish drivers license My own car (happy to drive yours) First aid & CPR certification WWCC. I can provide 3/4 references. I also have a qualification in child special needs assisting
