Hi everyone, I'm a 25 year old girl from Wales, Uk. I'm 3 years qualified as a registered adult nurse and prior to this I was a career in the community from the age of 17-20. I'm caring, compassionate, organised and trustworthy. With regards to having experience with caring for children, I have done a small amount of babysitting in the past. However im very easy going and will give anything 100%. Being a nurse is definitely a job that requires someone to be caring and with having 8 years of caring experience is definitely something to consider. My hobbies are rugby, walks, watching netflix and sporting activities.
As I've previously stated, my experience is with adults. However, I have cared for children in their homes, for their parents to go on a date or Christmas shopping etc. I've also been surrounded by children with my family and cared for cousins etc. I also completed my Duke of Edinburgh award, In which I volunteered to teach kids play hockey and rugby for 6 months. I am eager to learn and also with being a nurse, my communication and general nursing skills will also be helpful. Being a nurse requires good caring and communication skills and having these skills will reassure you that your children are in safe hands.
