Hi I’m Gráinne a friendly experienced babysitter from Ireland with a background in early childhood care and education. I am patient and creative individual who loves engaging with children through games, crafts and outdoors. At 27 years young I’m full of energy and enthusiasm to keep your little ones engaged. I am CPR and first aid certified which gives me the confidence to handle any situation that may arise. Additionally I have my WWCC. I am available on weekday evenings and weekends (daytime hours available during the Easter period) and I am happy to help with homework, prepare meals and light house work. Childcare Experience
I have been minding children since my adolescence years at the weekends while in school. In 2019 I began my early childhood care and education bachelor degree (0-6 years). I then worked for a year in Ireland as a kindergarten teacher. During this time covid hit and I looked after 2 children aged 1 and 3 as both parents were frontline workers. In 2020 I moved to the UAE teaching in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, which was formative in my teaching practice while also challenging but rewarding. In September I decided to move to Australia and here I am in Melbourne.
