Hi families! My name is Lu, I am 32 and I have been working in childcare for over 15 years as a live in, full time and casual nanny for kids of all ages. I was an au pair for four years in the USA and I have also worked at a daycare as well as studied child development in college. I even ran a small summer camp for children under 5 two summers in a row. I also worked at an au pair agency and taught various childcare seminars for future au pairs as well as provided first aid and safety training. I am reliable, adaptable and have great problem solving skills. I speak both Spanish and English fluently and have experience with children with special needs/disabilities. Special Needs Experience

Childcare Experience
I have been babysitting since I was in high school, then had three different au pair experiences at different ages (18, 23 and 30 years old) and lived long term with four different families, caring for 2, 3 and 4 kids of ages ranging 0-14. I later worked at an au pair agency for four years where I evaluated applicants childcare abilities as well as provided training for them. During all these time I also worked part time as a babysitter and last year I worked for two families for 6 months caring for infants and toddlers. I consider myself to me most experienced and qualified for working with babies and toddlers but I do have 2+ years of experience with all ages.
