Hi everyone, I am a Social Care Worker from Dublin, Ireland. I have just moved to Melbourne on a Working Holiday and would love the opportunity to provide childcare while on my trip! I have 5 years experience working with children and young adults who were in the care system in Ireland. I have a degree in Psychology, and I have completed many trainings relating to the working with children throughout my career eg. Therapeutic Intervention, Child & Adolescent Play Assessment, Dyadic Developmental Practice, Child & Adolescent Development. I provided support to foster families in Ireland and worked with children of all ages from babies up to 18. I am a very warm, creative person with a passion for travel, yoga and hiking! I can't wait to meet your amazing families while in Melbourne :)

Childcare Experience
I have been a social care worker for 5 years. I have provided child care to children from 8 months old all the way up to 17 years! I regularly provided childcare for foster children during carer support groups as well as respite during the week. I am a very creative person and have facilitated themsd online children's fun groups with art, crafts and games. I have completed training in sensory regulation and I love thinking outside the box as to how I can make playtime fun and educational for children. I was also an Educational Support Officer in Ireland where I supported foster children with homework, exam and study tips.
