Nowadays, I am working in a casual position in an after school childcare center. I consider myself a responsible and reliable person, empathetic, and friendly with children. When I work with them, I always care about their needs, but I also respect their own words and opinions, promoting their autonomy, and trying to make them feel listened and supported.
