Hi lovely families, im a local nanny/babysitter seeking part time/ casual work. My name is nix, I’m 27 I have a car, full licence, wwcc, first aid cert and years and years of experience working as a nanny as well as in childcare. Most of my experience is in the sole care for babies and toddlers- from 3 months up to 7 years old. I am a warm, caring and creative individual who absolutely adores working with children, which I believe is reflected in the love and attention I put into my work. I use a gentle and calm approach in my communication and interactions with little ones, fostering exploration through creative play and nature-based exploring. One of my longest nannying roles was with a lovely family on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Soraya (who was 3 months old when I started and almost 2 when I moved back to Melbourne) and I spent our days going for bush walks, baking cakes, playing in the river, park, chasing the chickens, or really with whatever had her attention. I work with a child led lens and let them kind of lead the days we have. I aim to help provide parents with respite. Whichever ways I can help make your life a little easier I will try my very best to do so. I do light housework, laundry and can also have dinner ready for the family when you come home.
