Hi my name is Pratikshya Pandey. I am an international student currently studying diploma of early childhood education and care at Queensford college. I always love being around children and love to see them happy and healthy. I believe Children are play dough and we as an educator can shape them by teaching them discipline and responsibilities. Educators are the role model to children. Children learns by seeing the things around them and experimenting them, as an educator its our duty identifying that the children learning and experimenting things are good for them or not. Children should feel comfortable and safe when ever I am around them. I think that the best thing the children learn through is their own environment. Early childhood education is consist of a numbers of life stages, marked as five developmental milestones. The role of an educator is to teaching them the routines, behaviour and assistance to complete their task independently. As an educator I respect and take care of the children as I am near by them. The only thing that I want to be is a positive role model for every children.
