Hi Families I did grow up in a large household. This is when I became aware of how great kids are! and just treating them with value and respect. How much difference it can make in their little lives. I have always maintained supporting my family and friends with thier growing children. I have had many jobs working in the childcare industry as well as volunteering. I worked in a residential care house for special needs & autistic teens. My most enjoyable times with them was get to know each one & their needs. Then to help them appreciate each other so the house they shaired felt more like a home. I have just come back from overseas being a live-in Nanny for a family with 5 children. Spending time playing arts & crafts, lots of adventure walks to the playground. And just being present while the children play & explore, with positive re-encouragements & acknowledgement along the way. I am a hairdresser by trade I work from home part time. Throughout the years I have worked part-time in hairdressering & part-time in child care work. As they are both my passion. I look forward to meeting your tribe. Ps even though I'm on the mature side I have a lot of engy & joy
