"Kiki was great at taking care of my son between ages 4m-7m. She was punctual, kept me up to speed on his naps/feeds, and would even do light housework when he napped. She is very calm, capable and caring with kids. My only criticism was that she canceled a booking to take another job although she did give 3 days notice. "
