Childcare Experience
I worked with young people 12-18 in a residential care setting for 3 years after my level 8 degree in social care working alongside them to key working and relationship building, educational and social needs, and creating a home environment whilst in care. I also was a manager for PlayBall Fingal a programme designed to help build the social/emotional and cognitive needs of children through sport and movement. I value so much working with children and young people as long term relationship building and teaching allows me to watch them grow, learn and achieve all things they wish to do and become the person they wish to be.
