Hey everyone! My name is Laura :) I am currently studying a bachelor of primary education and have worked as a childcare eductor and SSO worker. I am currently working at 2 oshcs and do over night nannying and casual babysitting. I am so passionate about working with kids and believe that their happiness triumphs all. Childcare Experience
In 2021 I began studying my primary education degree and I knew that the best way I was going to learn what it was like to be a teacher and get different technoques and methods would be working in the school environment. However, as uni didnt offer placements until my second year I decided to volunteer at a primary school as a teacher's aide once a week while I was still working my retail job. From this I left my retail job and went into childcare for a year where I worked mostly in the ELC room and baby room, however, I also worked casually with all the other age groups. After working in childcare I decided that I wanted to work moreso with primary school students as that is what I am study. During 2023 I worked as an SSO and a qualified educator at an OSHC. As of now I work at 2 OSHCS and do overnight nannying and casual babysitting jobs.
