Hello!!! I grew up with a younger brother who was 7 years younger than me so a lot of my pre-teen to teenage years was spent babysitting my brother and feeling like his second motherš !!! Not only do i have experience looking after children from that but i currently work at an After School Care (OOSH) that is attached to Waverley Public School and from working there i have gained lots of valuable experience in child care as well as connecting with and building relationships with children of all ages from 4-12 years old!! I would also like to become a primary school teacher after graduating university but I am currently saving as much as i can (through hopefully some extra babysitting gigsš¤) to put towards my uni exchange year in Madrid that iām in the process of planningš¤ Anyways, I am looking forward to meeting you!!!š

Childcare Experience
I have been working at Waverley Community Out of School Care at Waverley Public School since coming back to Australia last year in August and have experience working with children of all ages between 4-12 years old as well as being first-aid qualified!! At aftercare, we are always encouraged to connect with all the kids through play and build strong relationships and friendships with them but we also learn on how to be able to take on an authoritative role as well!! I really enjoy my job and it has inspired me to pursue primary school teaching!! Also throughout high school I also had a job as a recreational gymnastics coach so I also have experience working with children through sport!!
