Hi! I grew up in Ireland and I recently moved to Matraville. I am the oldest of four girls. I am a qualified primary school teacher since 2017 and completed my higher diploma in 2018. I have worked in both mainstream and special needs school settings and I love working with children. In my spare time I also tutor, babysit and have trained children in sports clubs and I have worked in summer camps.
I worked in a special needs school in London with children with severe and profound learning difficulties as well as autism. I worked here for over two years. In that time I was trained to administer medicine for seizures, attended lots of training and courses and had an in depth knowledge of each child’s care plan.
I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I have baby-sitted all of my three younger sisters, my younger cousins and a lot of neighbours children in my home area in Ireland. I tutored several children from different families in subjects such as English, Maths and Irish every evening after school. I worked and volunteered in local clubs at home and helped out in local summer camps as a camp leader for primary school children.
I have been tutoring since I have qualified from my degree in 2017. I enjoy teaching and helping children in core subjects such as English and Maths and because I am from Ireland I will also be available to teach Irish lessons if the demand is there.
