Hello everyone! My name is Lucy and I’m a paediatric nurse from Ireland. I moved to Australia in October 2023 and I have lived in Sydney for the majority of my time in Australia. I am just back from Queensland where I spent three months working as a practice nurse, in Sydney I divide my time working as both an adult and paediatric nurse. I worked as a babysitter regularly throughout my time in university and I have over five years of work experience as a paediatric nurse so I am very comfortable working with children of all ages. Childcare Experience
I have been qualified as a paediatric nurse for four and a half years now so I spent my first two years after qualifying working in a children’s hospital in Ireland and I then worked for two and a half years in a children’s hospital in London. I have experience working with children of all ages so I am very comfortable with babies, toddlers and older children. Before going to university and throughout university I worked part-time as a babysitter which I always loved!
